Are your AirPods genuine Apple products?
Yes. After your order arrives you can check the serial number yourself on Apple's coverage site (checkcoverage.apple.com). If anything doesn't check out, email us within 10 days and we'll make it right.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders arrive in 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders of $70 or more, which includes all AirPods, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What if I need to return it?
Return any unused item in its original packaging within 10 days of delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we cover it at no extra cost. Full shipping & returns details.
