Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all accessories. Your order number is required.

How to start a return: Email dorsainvilroly@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping: Customers pay return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no extra cost.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Your bank may take extra time to post the refund.

Exchanges: Return the original item using the steps above and place a new order.
